Repair and Warranty

OKHTEIN takes great pride in its craftsmanship. It has maintained the highest standards in design and materials creating exquisite products that have been carefully assessed to uniquely satisfy every and each customer.  

Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, OKHTEIN products are protected from the original date of purchase by a 1-year warranty. The warranty covers any fault arising from defective parts or a manufacturing defect.

The item is accepted for repair under the following conditions: 

  • The product is unused and ticketed
  • A proof of purchase is provided (Payment transaction document or gift receipt)

PLEASE NOTE: The quality control inspection can take up to 14 working days and the repair process can take up to 30 working days.

ONLINE:  

Step 1: Kindly fill out the “Return/Repair Form” on our website, available on our check out page.

Step 2: Once we receive your form, our customer service team shall arrange for a pick up from desired address. Your item shall be sent to the factory where our artisans will evaluate your item and provide an estimate for the required repair. This expertise is transferred to our store in the form of an estimate. The repair will begin as soon as you have accepted the estimate. Please note that you shall receive a report within 5 business working days regarding the condition of your item whether it can be repaired or not.

Step 3: Please allow up to 20 working days for your item to be repaired. 

Step 4: Once the repair has been completed, your item is returned to the same address where it was originally picked up and an advisor will contact you.
